Cheri Noel was born and raised in northern Illinois. Upon graduating high school, in the late 1980’s, Cheri relocated to Arizona, spending two years in the Phoenix metropolitan area before finding her lifelong community in Wickenburg. In fall of 1989 Cheri relocated to Wickenburg where she continues to enjoy living.
Cheri graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Urban Planning. During her undergraduate studies, Cheri completed an internship with the City of Scottsdale. In the early 2000’s, prior to her real estate career, Cheri worked for the Town of Wickenburg in the Planning and Building Department for several years. Upon leaving the Town of Wickenburg, Cheri obtained her real estate license. She worked as a local real estate agent for several years before obtaining her broker’s license and opening up her own small brokerage in 2007.
Cheri and her husband Scott live in Wickenburg on a “mini-ranch” setting. She is a dedicated community volunteer, having served on the Trails Commission for the Town of Wickenburg, the Wickenburg Unified School Board as a board member, and many other community volunteer positions over the years. Cheri and her husband have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. Cheri enjoys trail riding on her fox trotter “Knight”, bicycling, swimming, kayaking, jogging, reading and has an extreme love for the outdoors and the wide-open spaces that Wickenburg offers.
Cheri first developed her love of real estate when she built her first home in Wickenburg in the early 1990’s. This challenge led to another then another. Cheri has been involved in buying properties including homes, rental properties, vacant land, commercial/investment properties, and managing rental properties for over 25 years.
Cheri specializes in property management for Wickenburg and its surrounding communities, while also being a dedicated real estate professional helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
